Programme overview
The UK India Graduate Work Experience Programme connects Indian graduates with UK employers, placing students in salaried 12- to 50-week internships in the UK.
For employers, the Programme is an ideal way to access India’s most promising talent, develop cultural links and raise your company’s profile in India.
As managing agent, GTI Recruiting Solutions is responsible for:
- generating applications from students who meet your criteria – e.g. degree discipline, academic profile, etc
- screening and interviewing applicants
- securing work permits (a special visa is issued for the duration of their placement so employers will not be required to undertake visa-related paperwork)
- organising logistics – for example, accommodation
- pastoral care – 24/7 support, and a week orientation programme.
